Michael Lilley – Director and Senior Psychologist
Michael has over twenty-five years experience in community-based education and specialises in self-esteem. He has worked throughout the UK and overseas. He has published books and papers on community development, parenting, and self-esteem. Michael has a Masters in Counselling Psychology and has served as Chairperson of the West Midlands branch of the British Psychological Society. Michael was rural development officer for the West Midlands Churches FE Council 2000-2002 and undertook the original action-research that led to the creation of My Time.

Amra Mekic – Project Manager
Amra has a BSc in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Wolverhampton. Amra originates from Bosnia and came to England fourteen years ago. She has undertaken extensive work within the legal sector by volunteering within the courts and offering support to victims of crime. She is also a panel member with the Youth Offending Team working with young offenders. She is also a Group Leader with a Children’s Rights Group and works with unaccompanied minors. She is currently studying an MA in Forensic Psychology.
