How My Time works
Self-esteem is a vital ingredient in learning. In a world where one in four people suffers from depression or related emotional and mental health problems at some point, My Time has developed ways for participants to explore with others in a safe, community-based environment. My Time courses benefit anyone who is disadvantaged in society by creating a virtuous circle, allowing participants to build self-esteem through learning and learn more as a result of increased self-esteem. My Time uses creative media such as clay and photography, and gives participants access to instructors and experts in a range of fields allowing them to make progress in creative activities and in other areas of their lives. My Time helps participants to change their own negative views of themselves, and supports them in changing other people’s views as they progress.
