In Feb, My Time will be attending an international conference in Melbourne entitled Contexts for Psychosocial Health: Morita Therapy for Challenging Times. The event will explore the pioneering work of Japanese Psychiatrist Shoma Morita and his psycho-analytic approach of Morita Therapy.
The event will see psychologists and therapists from around the world including My Time’s Senior Psychologist Michael Lilley discuss Morita from an inner city perspective.
